So last Thursday, my sister and I went to TheFaceShop's VIP event and we really enjoyed ourselves.
First we were given a demonstration of some of the products and how to use them and what they were good for etc. Then we were all split into 3 groups - nails, eyes and foundation. My sister and I started off at the nail station and were shown the nail colours that TheFaceShop had and 2 volunteers had their nails done by the staff which was really nice. We then moved on to the eyes section and were shown the eyeliners, mascaras and falsh lashes that we could buy and again, a volunteer had her eye makeup done. We didn't have time to go to the foundation section because we ran out of time and the shopping centre was closing but overall we had a really good time.
When we left, everyone was given a goodie bag:

So the goodie bag has a makeup pouch, a scarf, nail polish, mascara, samples, cotton tips, $10 gift voucher and chocolates! I'm not fond of cherry ripes but i'm definitely a Crunchie girl ^_^
On top of getting the goodie bag, I also bought some cotton pads, 2 masks....arrrrggghhh noooooooo I thought I bought 2 of the pomegranate masks but I just realised they're raspberry :( oh well I'll give the raspberry ones a go and see how I like it. I also bought nail polish remover which was really cheap at $4 and also a pack of the strawberry masks. I love the packaging of the strawberry masks, it's so cute! It's like 4 mini tubs :D
There were also samples of their products that you could take and try so I did. I'm a huge fan of "try before you buy" so I really like samples :D
I really enjoyed myself and can't wait till the next event.
